1. Market Scope & Official Currency
Aureya Box operates and delivers exclusively within the State of Qatar. All prices, invoices, and charges are denominated in Qatari Riyals (QAR) only.
2. Bespoke Products & Fresh Florals
Due to the custom nature of personalized items (gold debossing, custom ribbons) and perishable components (fresh floral arrangements, fine confectionery), orders cannot be canceled once preparation has commenced.
3. Delivery Protocol & Reception
Our white-glove protocol team strives to deliver within your selected time slot. Should the recipient be temporarily unavailable, our concierge coordinates directly with the sender to schedule an alternative drop-off.
4. Corporate Quotations & Bulk Orders
Corporate and institutional orders are subject to the specific terms set forth in official Aureya Box quotations, including advance payments, production milestones, and protocol delivery agreements.
