We provide same-day delivery across Doha and Lusail for orders placed before 4:00 PM. Scheduled delivery slots (Morning, Afternoon, Evening) are available during checkout for any preferred date.
Can I personalize the ribbon, greeting card, or keepsake box?
Yes. All Aureya arrangements include a complimentary wax-sealed handwritten greeting card. Many products and Build Your Box options allow hot-stamping the recipient's name in metallic gold.
What payment methods are supported?
We accept Qatar NAPS Debit cards, Visa, MasterCard, and Cash on Delivery across Qatar. All payments are billed exclusively in Qatari Riyals (QAR).

How do surprise deliveries work if I don't know the exact address?
